Our Return & Exchange Process
1Check Eligibility
Before initiating your return, please ensure:
- You’re within the 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original packaging is included
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase
2Initiate Your Return
To start your return or exchange:
- Complete the Returns Request Form (available below)

- We’ll respond within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
3Package and Ship
Once approved:
- Securely package items in the original box if possible
- Include the completed returns form inside the package
- Ship to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email
4Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
